Scenario: job interview of a lifetime.
This is it, you've got the opportunity to take your dream job, it's taken you a lot of hard work to get this interview with the CEO of the company. You want to make a good impression and look slick and professional but your fiancé/boyfriend is going to take you for a romantic picnic lunch in the park afterwards and you've got to be able to sit on a blanket in comfort.
Remember, you can't vote on your own outfit 
Now that wouldn't be fair, would it? Not that i can tell anyway if you did lol! But i'm giving y'all a benefit of a doubt ^^

3That was really difficult to choose! If I were hiring the interview-ee, I'd be impressed with all of them... and let's not kid ourselves, what you wear to an interview does indeed matter!

7I'm in the HR recruiting business, one piece of advise please do not wear flip flops to interviews, or tons of make up and PLEASE PLEASE not belly hanging out!
Great job, everyone. I agree with elamiastrada about #2 as well as her advice on the flip flops. That is a total mistake. Remember: You only have one chance to make a first impression. It's next to impossible to overdress for an interview but very easy to underdress for one. What you wear is definitely considered.
